Description :
  • Responsible for employee engagement, performance management, talent development, succession, recruitment & compensation & benefit, brand building Conceptualize and drive in line with business specific engagement plans keeping in mind the employee feedback, Employee Relations and Operations Build a strong business relationship with stakeholders cross-functionally Should be able to design and deliver HR solutions in line with business priorities Actively identifies gaps, proposed and implement changes necessary to cover risk Build and manage a team 

    Desired skillset 
    3 -6 years of work experience in a HR generalist role with proven track record Experience with gaming/tech startup would be an added advantage Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interests Solid understanding of HR fundamentals - employee engagement and recruitment, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits Strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of multi-tasking, working under pressure and deadlines Open and cross culturally minded Excellent written and verbal communication in English MBA HR/Related from top tier colleges with excellent performance record
